Yay Friday!!! Yes, Stay At Home Mom's have a Friday. At least this one does. Here is a tip for all of you Moms, soon to be Moms, or gonna be one day Moms....absolutely force your husbands, very early on, to take over the baby. When Baylor was 9 months old I completely made my husband take him to Mississippi by himself for the weekend. I was scared, he was VERY scared, but we both needed it badly. It was literally the best thing that ever happened for their relationship. Husband got the confidence he needed to take care of the baby (many Dads never get that ever) and never looked back. Ever since, and to this day, from the moment he gets home from work on Friday afternoon until the time Peeps hits the sheets on Sunday night, Daddy is 100% in charge. And it is his absolute favorite time of the week. They are so incredibly bonded and enjoy their relationship so much. I get the break I need from my 'work week', and it's the best break my husband can have from his.
Okay, end sidebar. I'm LOVING my new dedication to blog reading throughout the week and finding new and amazing blogs I'd never heard of previously. Watch for my sidebar to change a LOT.
