This is Fun...Trash or Treasure Remix

Thanks for voting yesterday, but major props for the comments!  I love what each and every one of you had to say.  Trash or Treasure is fun because I can get your opinions on something dumpy that may or may not have potential to shine once more...but it also gives me insight into your style!  That's always fun.  I swear I read some of those blogs that will show two different rooms with different styles and ask "which one do you like best?" and I'm all what a dumb question, of course room #2.   And then the comments blow me away!!!  Not even #2.  All the different styles and tastes in the blogosphere have really opened up my brain to new horizons.

Okay, so she's a little bit country.  I happen to be crazy for armoires and, with few exceptions, think they all have potential as a stand out piece in any room.  And they hold a ton of stuff!!  Check out an earlier post on my armoire love here.

LOVING this!!! I would probs paint it white...and then...wait for it....paint the tin a bronze-gold color! Not sure if the vision in head would work, but I'd want to experiment for sure!

 Would not have thought to paint the tin but that's what other people are for.  To steal their creativity and claim it as your own  learn from and grow as a person.

Wow.  So that's supposed to read as a blueish gray with bronze insets and fancy new gold door pulls.  YEAH!!  Can you see it?  Since I can't exactly leave you with that impression as you quickly click away from my blog, I threw it into a fun room that I would have tomorrow if someone would kindly write out a check to cash and leave it in my purse.

To call that amateurish would be a compliment of the highest order.  Scale?  What scale?  Isn't it fun that everyone can play around with things they like, though?  You don't have to be a professional, you just have to have a platform (yay blogs and friends who read them!).

Baylor had no accidents at camp today and was rewarded with a new car!  Then he promptly wet himself 3 times in approximately 20 minutes upon arriving home.
