You guys have been on pins and needles waiting to see what I think about Tuesday's Trash or Treasure, amirite?  Such torture my thoughtless departure from posting has been for you and I apologize most sincerely.  (Ed. note~ She's been watching Pride and Prejudice with her sister and is going to fancy talk for awhile.)

A refresher.

Let me just tell you right now that the chair I pass up for $35 is going to be rare indeed. First things first, the skirts must go.  Then I'd reupholster in something graphic and somewhat modern, but in a subdued palette.

All fabrics from Schumacher, and no I can't afford any of them either.  Find yourself a lookalike.

So many of you agreed that these bad boys could be saved from the chartreuse 60's hellhole from whence they came.

Tomorrow is my sister's birthday!  So excited that she decided to stay a few extra days with us to celebrate, and added bonus, my Mom's going to fly in for the occasion. 

I've been waiting to mention this great super find that everyone else surely already knows about, so I just went ahead and got it for my sister!

Happy Thursday dolls!

Inevitably, we have some potty accidents.  I have collected a bunch of new cars with the intention of letting him pick one at the end of a day with no wet pants.  I will spare you some of the more alarming details of the inventive ways he has had indiscretions, but suffice it to say...WOW.  After a doozy yesterday he announced "I guess you're going to take Baja Bullet away now, huh." with a knowing nod. Wise beyond his years, this one.
