My dream house will have exposed beams throughout the living spaces...rustic, modern, chic and glamorous, expansive or cozy. They look amazing in so many different styles of decor. Now, to paint or not to paint?

Baylor is enjoying his time in Mississippi this week with his grandparents. I know they love having this time with him! He calls his grandmother "Ya Ya"...today as they were playing together, he said "No way, Jose. No way, Jose. No way ho-Ya Ya!" Cue fits of giggles.
