We just sold a rental property and when I went over to take pictures with the real estate agent (Real Estate Agent? I never know when I should capitalize job titles.) I was reminded that last year I painted every inch of the place the prettiest gray. We did that to show the place, to create a neutral palette that would appeal to everyone who stepped in.
I know gray (or grey if you're Canadian or a McHotDr type) is super in and trendy right now, and YES, I personally love it....but that's not really the question here.
Do you like every room in the house the same color? So that was for uniformity in a rental, but many many people like to create that peaceful, monochromatic feel where they live.
Every room the same color. I'm loving it.

I could have the same wall color in every room (I think. I'm getting nervous like someone is going to make me.) but I don't think I could have completely neutral, monochromatic everything.
I would feel paralyzed with limitation.
But walls, walls I could do.

Maybe? Maybe if I had a sun porch I could commit.
Lord make me joyful for what you have given me and not bitter for what you haven't.
What about you? Is your house a crayon box or a neutral palette? I want to know.
We walked into a car dealership yesterday and Baylor announced "WOW! Y'all have some awesome Volvos!"
