When I was growing up, as a December baby, my Mom always waited until after my birthday to decorate for Christmas. What a sweet gesture from a Mom for her child!
My darling Baylor was born on the 23rd, came home Christmas day....yeah, that's not happening here. So I'm in the throws of tinsel town as we speak and can't wait to finish jollying up our jingle.
I want to know, are you the traditional red and green type?
....or more of a modernist?

I'm so very excited to experience our first real year of Christmas celebration with Baylor. As an almost 1 year old he lit up at the sight of our "pretty!" Christmas tree. As a 2 year old, he could parrot the story of Jesus' birth and the 3 wise men. But now! He gets it. He senses the excitement in the air, he sees the twinkling lights, he knows something really big is happening. Oh this is going to be SO GREAT.
