A Few Things to Share....

 I was planning a whole post about my Christmas decorations, but guess what happened?  When we pulled down all the boxes and started unloading our decor, there wasn't anything in there I wanted to decorate with.  Bummer....our tree is awfully pretty though.

Do you see something awesome in the foreground?  Oh yeah, I totally got my rug yesterday.  Merry Christmas to Lauren! (Santa, please come tear out this awful tile next year.)  These pictures are bare bones, no fluffing, no editing of shopping bags and junk lying around.  I haven't even duct taped flattened the curled end of the new rug yet. 

This is where I stuck the sad little old wreath once I changed out the front door.  Sometimes I'm clever!

I'm hitting the post-holiday sales this year for a whole new look.  See this little Christmas swath of fabric here on my chest?  13 years y'all.

I scored 3 things from my birthday wishlist!  Totally doing that again...if I'd known people would actually buy from it, I would have chosen more reasonable things.

I'm in love with this new makeup I discovered on a recent trip to Mississippi.  L.O.V.E. Since Amy Head herself was in the studio as a friend and I were browsing, I let her do up my face and I was sold.  Check out her website here.

One last thing....perhaps most of you knew this already, but H&M has great kids clothes.  Like GREAT and even better prices.  I've never checked them out since I really don't dress the Peeps like a baby hipster, but they have some preppy stuff that I love.

Snappy made snow angels on the dining room table last night....Baylor was confused.  We live in South Florida.  Although we did see snow/bubbles last night downtown.  Through the palm trees.
