This is a Big Boy Room

I LOVE THIS ROOM

We are working on a new Big Boy room for Peepie.  *SNIFF*  The baby blue nursery with the little blue crystal chandelier just doesn't fit our rough and tough 2 year old that plays cars all day and jumps off everything he can find.  Sooooo, the paint is going up this week and the new drapes soon to follow.  Here are a few thoughts:
Somebody PLEASE help me find those hanging shelves!  I can't find anything even similar, short of garage shelves (no).  Any input?  Do you like neutrals for children or bright theme rooms?  I suppose if I plastered Lightning McQueen on the wall, Baylor would love me a little more.

Baylor Says...when I tell Baylor he is my baby, he shakes his head "I not a baby, I'm a big boy like Jackson!" Jackson is, apparently, the big boy in his class and Baylor's hero du jour.

    I love the neutrals. My boys rooms are a very light gray. Nearly white but slight gray in there. The nursery for M has yellow and gray and B's big boy room has a few red accents with the gray walls. Easy to add color with accessories.

    I am officially following you and I love anything that Baylor and his mama have to say!
    Thoughts on big boy room..they change their minds continually so keeping a neutral foundation is a great idea.
    I lack the decorating gene so I love your inspired blog!!
