This is for Winners

Have I mentioned that I LOVE blogs?  Oh, a few times?  Good then we are all caught up.  Honestly, one of the only downfalls of writing this blog is that it takes quite a bit of time away from reading all the blogs that I used to read.  And I love it when my readers tell me that this is the only, or one of the only blogs they read.  Probably because they just don't realize how many awesome people are out there cranking out their thoughts in pictures every day.  So this is both my way of sharing (is caring) some great sites with you, and forcing myself to keep up with my faves.

Recap you ask?  Sort of....but with winners!  I mean really, who doesn't love to win something*? How else will you know that you're better than everyone else?  I'm just kidding, you're all winners.  Except now.

So without further ado, my new Friday series...

Are you so jealous of my Paint skills?  I know.  POST OF THE WEEK!!!  Let's do this.

Honorable Mention...

Me too, Lindsey, me too.  See more of this dreamy post here.

Fantastic! Thanks for the Good Time...

Creating a Well-Appointed Guest Room

I LOVE the tip on getting wrinkle-free sheets without an iron...especially since I don't iron!  See more of this informative post here, and the full post on the HomeGoods blog here.

And my very first Post of the Week award goes to...

Opal Never Shouts

Such a fascinating post! You have to read it here.  While you're stopping in, do a little tour.  And speaking of series', they do some great ones.  Good good stuff!!!

Congrats to my very first winner of POTW!!

Let's meet back here every Friday to judge people.  I'm just joking!  (But seriously, email me your votes on the downlow during the week and I'll see if I agree.  LMBE 23 at gmail dot com. Or just click that button on the left over there.)

*In this case 'something' is really nothing.  Except my unabashed praise and adulation and that really is something**.

**It's nothing.

We went on a movie date with some of Baylor's friends from 'school' yesterday to see Veggie Tales.  One of the boys got a little nervous about a particularly scary pirate and Baylor reached over and patted him on the back saying "It's okay Buddy, he's nice!"
