House Stalking- Family Edition

Pretty much all my friends and family know that if invited into their home, I'll probably have my camera and poke into their business for the sake of the blog.  

Everyone met at my cousin-in-law Annie's house last week for a family Christmas and I had to get a few pics of her darling house.  She and I shared a due date just a few days apart, she with girl and I with Peeps.  Now her two sweet girls have the CUTEST ROOM EVER.  I mean really, have you ever.

I did not have my wide angle lens, I apologize.  The room is huge, this giant tent/castle is on the right side across from the bed.  

The bed is on the left wall, how cute is this?

These precious little pendants hang on either side of the bed.

I love all the colors Annie used in the room.  This chartreusey/lime green armoire was a standout!  Wouldn't you have died to have a coat rack filled with dress-up clothes?   Me too.  Or just dress-up clothes period.  

Can you tell that the middle of this cute little flower is a big puff ball?  Over an awesome dollhouse.  So much to play with in one room.

Are you ready for the best part?  These sweet girls were the beneficiaries of a difficult house addition situation.  The only way for the room to keep a window was to give them this whole section of the addition which turned into a pretty amazing sitting room.

Love the mix of the 2 different curtain panels, darling. And would this room even kind of be complete at Christmas without a pink tree?

....with a tutu skirt?  On a piano?

When can I move in??

Baylor has been just absolutely lavished with presents all weekend.  So much so that he walked up to a cousin last night and said "Did you bring me a present??"  How embarrassing.
