I Always Learn Lessons the Hard Way

I asked my Mom last year when in the WORLD I would stop having to learn things the hard way and she said "I'll let you know when it happens to me."  So never?  Awesome.  Just keep trucking along then, stuffing $100 bills in the commode (or iphones, as it were yesterday).  Commode.  Baylor finds that word hilarious.  Probably because I pinch my face up when he says it.

My traditional lens that came with my Canon Rebel T2i is busted.  Completely trashed.  No scratch, just beat and broken.  Any advice on where to buy a new or refurb lens for under $200?  Yikes.

I'm hosting a couples wedding shower this weekend which hopefully will be awesome, and I'll bring you the zoomed in pics on Monday.

The Peeps was whimpering a little this morning and I was getting a little annoyed because I was trying to get him dressed for school.

Me- "Honey, what is wrong?  Why are you sighing and huffing like that?"

Him- "Hmm hmm ahhh ahhh....it means I want you Mom Mom" and threw his arms around my neck to be held.
