The Dresses

I'm so tired.  Why do they do all those fillers ("Here's what's its like to go to Cirque de Soleil  the movies!") and then the Oscars go so far over schedule?  Yet there were only 2 (TWO!) nominees for Best Original Song and we didn't even get to hear them.  I was pumped for Man or Muppet and nada.

So in the spirit of brevity, let's get straight to my favorite dress.  Anyone who knows me at all, knows that this would make my heart sing.  LOVE.  (I wish she had different earrings but I adore her)

I just know that this one is going to hit a few worst dressed lists, but I thought Sandra's dress was FAB!!  Gorgeous gorgeous, the drapey back was beautiful.  Sandy, your face is frozen.

Viola Davis looked GORGEOUS.  I seriously don't love the dress, but the color is amazing and looked just wonderful on her.  Love that she wore her hair cropped and natural.  So bummed that she didn't win the trophy, but Meryl winning is the only thing that makes it somewhat forgivable.  17 nominations?  I had no idea, how incredible.

Hey BOMBSHELL.  Can't get enough of Tina.  I know I said this after the Globes, but she seriously has transformed on the red carpet these last few years.  Oozing confidence.  Love love the navy.

Part of me thinks Angelina looked pretty, but most of me can't get over her third world starvation appearance.  And what was with her exposed leg and cocked hip when she was presenting?  Okaaay.

I can't decide if I love or don't love this dress on Michele Williams.  I think I don't like the bow.  I love pink and red together, but can't decide on the clutch here.  I feel like both shades are off to go together here. And why has Busy Phillips gone to every award show with her this year?
