Are You Ready???

I was born ready, baby.  IT'S FOOTBALL TIME AGAIN!!!  Unfortunately I have a serious problem and my obsession with sports is in no way limited to Saturdays in the fall....but I will mostly spare y'all from it since this is our pretty place.

But today is the day you get a little peek into my other life, the side of me that can be, admittedly, a little scary and quite the opposite of the decor happy girl you thought you knew.  Try to show me some paint samples and fabric swatches during an Ole Miss game, I dare you.

My all time favorite Rebel, Patrick Willis.  Get 'em PWillie!

Okay, so at least at Ole Miss it's not all sweaty boys and overcooked hotdogs...this is how we do it in lovely Oxford, Mississippi.

Yes, my husband has these pants...I will leave it at that.

I'm quite sure my husband and I contributed to our recent designation as Most Beautiful Campus and Students by Newsweek.

Before we had the Peeps and I could name the 2-deep on every SEC roster

It's rarely roses and sunshine around me during football season, I'll be honest.  I take it WAAAY too seriously, which is real unfortunate when you're an Ole Miss fan (we are, in a word, terrible).  The greatest thing about having my sweet pumpkin as been that instead of ruining my entire week, season and (let's face it) entire year...losing the football game, as we often do, only ruins a few hours of my Saturday now.

And besides, as we always say at Ole Miss..."We May Have Lost the Game, but We Ain't Never Lost the Party"

And of course it is imperative that you know this:

Enjoy your football weekend, no matter your team (unless it's LSU in which case I hope you have burnt burgers and melted velveeta)!!

My little Rebel
